Returns
14 Day Returns:
- Valid from the day of purchase.
- On all unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Excludes earrings for hygiene reasons, all sale and customised items.
- Please note the cost of return is to be paid for by the customer.
- Do not send back any items unless instructed to do so, please contact the customer team.
Faulty Items:
- We sincerely apologise for any faults experienced, please get in touch with our team and we will be happy to help you.
Exchanges:
- At this moment in time we cannot offer exchanges.
Cancellation:
- All sales are final and can not be cancelled once placed.
Receiving Refund:
- Once a return is received and inspected we will notify you via email and process your refund.
- We aim to refund to your original payment method In a timely manner, however due to the current global situation this may take longer than normal.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
